Real trading via Alpaca or Binance integration is subject to those platforms' own terms. Nivroo is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for all real-money trading decisions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding dropshipping, including seller-of-record requirements, consumer protection laws, and platform policies (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
You may not use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or engage in market manipulation.
Nivroo is not liable for any trading losses, business losses, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
